Who makes Velour
Velour is sold by Aspire Infotech Technologies LLC. Business address: Office no. 2.06.1, 79 College Road, Harrow, Greater London, HA1 1BD, United Kingdom. For purchase, licence or support questions, contact supportteamvelour@gmail.com.
Your licence
A $14.99 (USD) one-time purchase includes updates and covers one Mac. The licence lets you use the app; it does not transfer ownership of its software or branding. Please do not redistribute the app as your own or share a licence beyond its stated device allowance. The checkout must show the final total and any applicable taxes before payment.
Requirements and availability
Velour requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later and works with the Spotify and Apple Music desktop apps. Lyrics, word timing and motion artwork depend on availability for the track or album. Their absence for a particular song does not mean those assets can be guaranteed on request. Third-party music services may change over time.
Refunds
A full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Contact supportteamvelour@gmail.com with the email used for your purchase. These terms do not limit any consumer rights that apply to you.
Use and responsibility
Use Velour with music and artwork you are entitled to access, and respect the rights of artists and other owners when recording or sharing your screen. Velour is provided for the supported setup described on the site. To the extent the law permits, the app is offered without a promise of uninterrupted operation or availability of third-party content. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
